For immediate release 27 September 2007 Panther Securities PLC ("Panther" or "the Company") Re Dividend Declaration

The Company confirms that the dividend of 6p per share as announced in its final results for the year ended 31 December 2006 on 30 April 2007 and its recent interim results for the six month period ended 30 June 2007, will be paid on 28 September 2007.

The record date for the payment of the dividend was 24 August 2007 and the Company's ordinary shares will be marked "ex-dividend" as of tomorrow, 28 September 2007.
