Interim Dividend

The directors are pleased to announce the payment of an interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2026 of 2.0 pence per ordinary share ("Second Interim Dividend").

The Second Interim Dividend will be paid on 19 December 2025 to those shareholders on the Company's register at the close of business on 21 November 2025. The ex-dividend date will be 20 November 2025. The Second Interim Dividend will reduce the last reported net asset value by 2.0 pence per ordinary share.

The Company operates a dividend re-investment scheme ("DRIS"). The latest date for receipt of new or updated DRIS elections in respect of the Second Interim Dividend is the close of business on 5 December 2025.
