Payment of first interim dividend

Henderson Opportunities Trust plc (the "Company") declares a first interim dividend of 7.0 pence per ordinary share, in respect of the quarter to 31 January 2022 for the period ending 31 October 2022, payable on 24 June 2022 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 20 May 2022. The Company's shares will go ex-dividend on 19 May 2022. This dividend is to be paid from the Company's revenue account.
