PAYMENT OF DIVIDEND
Paints & Chemical Industries "PACHIN" (PACH.CA/PCLDq.L) announces the payment of the cash dividend approved by the Shareholders' General Meeting on 30.9.2012 as follows:
Rate: 3.75 Egyptian pounds.
Payable date: October 24 ,2012.
The distribution of this cash dividend will be made to Holders as at the end of trading on October 21 ,2012.
