Dividend Declaration
The Directors of M Winkworth Plc ("Winkworth" or the "Company") are pleased to announce that the Companywill pay a dividend of 1.4p per share for the fourth quarter of 2013. Including this, the total dividend paid to shareholders for the financial year ended 31 December 2013 will be 5.4p per share. The timetable is as follows:
Ex-Dividend Date * 19/02/14
Record Date ** 21/02/14
Expected Payment Date 19/03/14
* Shares bought on or after the ex-dividend date will not qualify for the dividend
** Shareholders must be on the Winkworth share register on this date to receive this dividend.
