Dividend Currency Election

An announcement was made on 28 May 2026 regarding the dividend to be paid to Ordinary Shareholders on 26 June 2026 and the option for shareholders to elect to receive this in Sterling rather than Euros.

The dividend rate per share to be used to pay shareholders who elected to receive their dividend in Sterling will be 8.61849007 pence per share.

Default Currency and Election Method

Further to the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 30 April 2026, the Company's Ordinary Shares were redenominated from USD to EUR, and as such the default payment currency for Ordinary Share dividends is now in Euro.

Ordinary Share dividends may be paid in Sterling provided that the relevant shareholder has registered to receive their dividend in Sterling under the Company's Dividend Currency Election. A copy of the Dividend Currency Election form, which should be sent to MUFG Corporate Markets, 10th Floor, Central Square, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL when completed, can be found on the Company's website at https://www.fairoaksincome.com/.

For shareholders holding Ordinary Shares in certificated form who previously elected to be paid dividends in Sterling, this instruction will remain in place unless revoked by submitting a new Dividend Currency Election form to MUFG.

Shareholders holding Ordinary Shares in CREST will be able to elect to be paid in Sterling each time a dividend is declared, but the default payment currency will be Euro.
