Better Capital PCC Limited 2012 Cell

The Directors of Better Capital PCC Limited (the "Company") are pleased to confirm a distribution of capital of 1.75 pence per ordinary share to all shareholders of the 2012 Cell. This distribution of approximately £6 million will be treated by the Company as a reduction of share capital paid out of monies attributed to the "share capital account".
