Disclosure of Material Interest in Shares
The Company was informed on 2nd March 2009 of the following transactions in ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Mr Tim Mason.
On 26th February 2009, Mr Mason transferred 765,862 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 7.08% of the Ordinary Share capital of the Company of which 680,203 Ordinary Shares were transferred to Mr Terence Wat for no consideration and 85,659 Ordinary Shares were transferred to unconnected parties for no consideration.
As a result of the transactions, Mr Mason now has legal ownership of 280,000 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 2.59% of the Ordinary Share capital of the Company and retains an indirect interest in a further 680,203 Ordinary Shares, a total combined interest of 960,203 Ordinary Shares, or 8.87%.
Additionally, Mr Wat has notified us that he has legal ownership of 680,203 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 6.29% of the share capital.
