Formation Group Plc ("Company" or "Formation") has today been notified that the pension fund of Noel O'Carroll, Managing Director of Formation, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 6 pence per share. As a result of this purchase Mr O'Carroll is now interested in 1,405,316 Ordinary Shares representing 0.64 per cent. of the issued share capital.
