Management Consulting Group PLC05 October 2007 Management Consulting Group PLC ("the Company") Director's Shareholding The Company today announces that Mr Kevin Parry, the Chief Executive of theCompany, on 4 October 2007 acquired 35,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 37.75 pence per Ordinary Share and on 5 October 2007 acquired 15,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 37.98 pence per Ordinary Share.
