Director's Share Purchase
Amiad, the producer and global supplier of water filters and filtration systems for the industrial, municipal and irrigation markets, announces that Simon Olswang, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 NIS each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 13 December 2010, at a price of 195 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Simon Olswang has an interest in 35,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
