The optionsgranted on 10 April 2007 at 15.24p per share are exercisable, subject toperformance conditions, between 10 April 2010 and 10 April 2017. The performance criteria include a strong earnings per share (EPS) performanceand may only be exercised if the Company achieves a full 12 month period ofpositive EBITDA.
