Manpower Software plc was notified yesterday that Mr Ian Bowles, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, on 2 April 2009 unconditionally renounced share option entitlements in respect of 650,000 share options issued at 74.25p.

As a result, Mr Bowles now holds the following share options:
