Inland Plc ('the Company') announces that it was notified on 29 July 2008 that Stephen Wicks (Chief

Executive) purchased 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 13.5p per share on 29 July 2008. 

Following the purchase, Stephen Wicks is interested in 20,575,009 ordinary shares representing

approximately 12.79% of its issued share capital.
