Gresham Computing plc (the "Company"), the leading software and services company that specialises in providing real-time financial transaction control and enterprise data integrity software, announces that it has received the following director's declaration.

Chris Errington, who is a non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Snoozebox Holdings plc (AIM: ZZZ) with effect from 8 January 2016.

This notification is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2).
