PhotonStar LED Group plc (AIM: PSL, "PhotonStar", "the Company" or "the Group"), the British designer and manufacturer of smart LED lighting solutions, announces that on 11 December 2013, Philip Marshall, Non Executive Director of the Company, purchased 75,811 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 5.25 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above purchase, Mr Marshall now holds 75,811 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
