Newcourt Group plc10 November 2005 NEWCOURT GROUP PLC ("Newcourt" or "the Company") Directors Dealings 10 November 2005 Newcourt was informed today that an executive director of the Company, Mr JohnBarry purchased 29,900 ordinary shares in Newcourt in the placing which wascompleted on 10 November 2005 at a price of €0.70 per share. Mr Barry was alsoallotted 519,611 ordinary shares on 10 November 2005 in exchange for hisremaining shareholding in Sigmar Group Limited following the exercise of a putand call option agreement summarised in the admission document. Following this purchase Mr. Barry's total holding is 549,511 ordinary shares inthe Company representing 0.80% of the issued ordinary share capital.
