Director's Dealing

Powerflute Oyj ("Powerflute" or the "Company"), was notified on 11 June 2015 of the following sales of shares in the Company by Dermot S Smurfit, Non-Executive Director:

· On 10 June 2015, 100,000 shares at a price of 65.25 pence per share; and

· On 11 June 2015, 92,500 shares at a price of 67.06 pence per share.

Following the dealings Dermot S Smurfit holds 1,503,056 shares representing 0.5 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in treasury).

Cores and coreboard are manufactured from recycled paper and are used for applications in paper, packaging, textiles, steel, aluminium and many other industries. Coreboard and cores produced by Corenso demonstrate superior strength and rigidity and are suitable for use in the most demanding applications.
