Director's Share Sale and Purchase

Northacre PLC announces that Klas Nilsson, Executive Chairman, has sold 60,000 ordinary shares of Northacre at a price of 70 pence. The date of sale was 10 May 2012.

Klas Nilsson's total holding after the share sale is 5,000,000 ordinary shares.

Northacre also announces that Ken MacRae, Chief Executive, has purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of Northacre at a price of 73 pence. The date of purchase was 10 May 2012.

Ken MacRae's total holding after the share purchase is 15,000 ordinary shares.
