Director/PDMR Shareholdings

The Company today received notification that Capita Aesop Trustees Limited, the trustees of Tribal Group plc Share Incentive Plan (SIP) has purchased 186 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company at a price of 67.5p per share on behalf of Richard Collins, who is a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility. These shares are to be held in accordance to the rules of the Company's Inland Revenue approved SIP.
