The Company was notified on 12 August 2010 that Anne O'Mahoney, Group Financial Controller of Eddie Stobart Limited, sold, on 10 August 2010, 6,400 Ordinary Shares in Stobart Group (the "Ordinary Shares") at 149p per share.
