Exercise of Share Options & Director Shareholdings

On 04 November 2013, the Company issued 500,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of 500,000 options under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive and Unapproved share option schemes, by Allen Swann, who subsequently sold 223,882 shares at a price of 112 pence per share, thereby retaining 276,118 of the resulting shares issued. Following this transaction, Allen Swann is interested in 276,118 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.4% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
