The Company announces that on 12thJanuary 2012 it received notification from Dominique Yates, Chief Financial Officer, that he has pledged his holding of 641,989 ordinary shares in the Company as collateral against a personal loan. The transaction took place today in Switzerland.

Mr Yates' total holding of ordinary shares in the Company remains at 641,989 shares (representing approximately 0.068% of the Company's issued share capital).
