Director dealing
Stephen Rowlinson, Chairman of Penna, has today informed the Company that in order to meet institutional demand, he has sold 420,000 shares in the Company at 142.5 pence per share on 15 December 2008.
Following the sale of these shares, Stephen Rowlinson's beneficial interest in Penna shares will be 8,193,040 shares, representing approximately 32.4% of the outstanding issued share capital of the Company.
