Westside Acquisitions PLC14 December 2005 Westside Acquisitions Plc ("Westside" or the "Company") Directors Dealings The Company has been informed today that Geoffrey Michael Simmonds has exercised2,409,090 warrants 2005. Avonlaw Limited has also exercised 227,272 warrants 2005. These warrants 2005are beneficially owned by Geoffrey Michael Simmonds. Following the exercise of these warrants 2005 Geoffrey Michael Simmonds willhold in aggregate 13,867,043 ordinary shares in the Company, being approximately12.7% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company. Application has today been made to have the 2,636,362 new ordinary sharesadmitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange on Monday 19December 2005.
