Notification under AIM Rule 17
The Company was notified on 15 February 2013 of the following share transaction by a Director:
On 15 February 2013, Philip Leech, Group Chief Executive, purchased in his own name 25 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company at a price of 20.75p each in order to facilitate voting at future general meetings.
Following this transaction Philip Leech's total beneficial interest changes to 2,389,472 shares, representing 1.13% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
