Notification under AIM Rule 17:

The Company was notified on 29 April 2009 that Jon Austen, Finance Director of the Company, had on 7 April 2009 transferred 70,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Shares") from his investment account to his SIPP. The transfer was carried out at a price of 20p per Share.

Following this transaction Jon Austen is deemed to have an unchanged total beneficial interest of 150,000 Shares. Jon Austen's holding represents 0.07% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
