Director/PDMR Shareholding

a transfer of shares was approved today in respect of 4,000 Ordinary shares of 4p at 74.5p per share in the capital of the Company beneficially held by Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited ("the Trustee") as Trustee of the Albemarle & Bond Pawnbrokers Limited Employee Benefit Trust;

2.

as a result of the transfer announced above, the Trustee now holds 442,667 Ordinary shares in the capital of the Company which is equivalent to 0.80% of the Company's issued share capital;

3.

C L Nicolson, G V Nicholls, D A L Page and D P Pattinson are directors of Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited.
