CLS Holdings plc (the "Company") Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 27 April 2010 that John Whiteley, Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Company, purchased 5,196 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at prices between 496.8 pence and 500.1 pence per Ordinary S hare on 27 April 2010. Following this transaction, Mr Whiteley's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 10,000 (0.02%).
