SYNETY Group plc (AIM: SNTY.L) was notified on, 20 November 2015, that on that date, Paul Williams, Chief Financial Officer of the Group, purchased 1,900 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the share capital of the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 83.45 pence per Ordinary Share for the benefit of his SIPP.

Following this purchase, Paul Williams is beneficially interested in 85,957 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.64% of the Group's total voting rights.
