The Company was notified on 27 October 2011 that Barrie Clark, the Chairman of the Company, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 2p each at 38.75p per share on 26 October 2011. Following this transaction Mr Clark is interested in 510,000 shares, representing 2.1 per cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
