Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 24 February 2014 that Charles Peal, Non-Executive Director of the Company purchased 450,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') at 195p per share on 21 February 2014. 250,000 shares were purchased in Mr Peal's own name and 200,000 shares were purchased into Mr Peal's Self Invested Pension Plan (SIPP)

Following the transactions Mr Peal's total interest in the Company is 705,000 Shares, representing 2.56% of the Company's total issued share capital.
