Director/PDMR Shareholdings

The Company announces that it was informed that Mr David Pyle, a non-executive director of the Company, today transferred 40,200 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his SIPP and 15,760 Ordinary Shares to his wife's SIPP (the "Transfers"). The Transfers were made at 194 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the Transfers, Mr Pyle's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 1,840,359 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 10.99 per cent. of the current total voting rights of the Company.
