Henry Boot PLC ('the Company') has been advised by Mr John Trevor Sutcliffe, Chief Executive Officer of Henry Boot PLC, that today, 29 March 2016, he sold 3,550 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company to his adult daughter, Miss Isabelle Rose Sutcliffe, at a sale price of 223.00p pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Sutcliffe has a total beneficial interest of 501,895 Ordinary Shares representing 0.380% of the issued share capital of the Company.
