GoCo Group plc (the "Company") announces that Zillah Byng-Thorne, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") notified the Company on 14 November 2019 that she had been made aware of the sale of 84,322 Ordinary Shares on 1 October 2018 at a price of GBP 0.995 per share.
This sale was made by third party investment managers acting on her behalf.
Zillah Byng-Thorne was not involved in, did not have knowledge of, and was not notified of the sale at the time it was carried out.
