REA announces that it has received notification on 22 May 2014, in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, that on 22 May 2014 Mrs J E Landon, being a person connected with Mr R E Landon, a PDMR, sold in London 20,000 9% cumulative preference shares of £1 each in REA at a price of 122.35 pence per share.
