Inland Plc ('the Company') announces that it was notified on 8 October 2008 that Stephen Wicks (Chief Executive) purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 9p per share on 8 October 2008. 

Following the purchase, Stephen Wicks is interested in 20,675,009 ordinary shares representing approximately 12.75% of its issued share capital.
