Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a), the Company announces that it received notification on 28 September 2015 that Warwick Brady, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, disposed of 17,500 ordinary shares of 27 2/7 pence each in the Company ("Shares") on 28 September 2015 at a price of £17.6773 per Share in London.
