Director's shareholding
iomart announces that on 25 February 2010 the Company was informed by Ian Ritchie, Chairman of the Company, that on 22 February 2010 he purchased 29,400 ordinary shares of 1p each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 46.5p per share. Following the transaction, Ian holds 151,400 Ordinary Shares representing 0.15% of the voting rights in the Company.
