REA announces that it has received notification on 28 May 2013, in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, that on 28 May 2013 Mrs J E Landon, being a person connected with Mr R E Landon, a PDMR, purchased in London 54 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in REA at a price of 393 pence per share.
