Formation announces that on 19 November 2008 Neil Rodford, a director of the Company, purchased 75,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 6.0 pence per share.

These Ordinary Shares will be registered in Neil Rodford's SIPP. Following the purchase, Neil Rodford holds 1,283,400 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 0.58% of the Company's issued share capital.
