The Company was today notified that Mr S Palley's broker had acquired on 26 April 2011, 158 ordinary shares of 10p each ('Shares') in Land Securities Group PLC at 717.90 pence per share, through the issue and allotment of Shares under the Scrip Dividend Scheme.

Following the issue of Shares under the Scrip Dividend, Mr S Palley was interested in 16,408 Shares.

This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligation under DTR 3.1.2 R and LR 9.8.6R(1).
