Newmark Security PLC18 December 2007 Newmark Security PLC ("the Company") Directors' holdings The Company has been informed today that non-executive Chairman, Maurice Dwek,purchased on 17 December 2007 500,000 shares in the Company at 1.77p each. Mr Dwek now holds interests in 50,319,467 shares (including the shares heldthrough his 51% interest in Arbury Inc.), which represent 11.22% of the totalvoting rights attached to the current issued share capital of the Company. The Company has also been informed today that non-executive Director, AlexanderReid, purchased on 17 December 2007 1,400,000 shares in the Company at 1.74peach. Mr Reid now holds interests in 74,583,237 shares which represent 16.91% of thetotal voting rights attached to the current issued share capital of the Company.
