Ultimate Sports Group PLC, the AIM listed investment vehicle, was informed on 15 March 2018 that on 14 March 2018 David Coldbeck, non-executive director of the Company, purchased 985 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 16p per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr. Coldbeck is beneficially interested in 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.29 per cent. of the issued share capital of USG.
