REA announces that it has today received notification, in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority, that on 4 January 2013 Fleetwood-Hesketh Limited, being a person connected with Mr R E Landon, a PDMR, sold in London 7,281 9 per cent cumulative preference shares of £1 each in REA at a price of 108 pence per share.
