Directors' Shareholding
The Company announces that on 3 July 2013, Richard Spinks, Chief Exectuive Officer of the Company, purchased a total of 250,000 ordinary shares in the capital of Active Energy ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.9 pence per share, equivalent to 0.04 per cent. of the Company's issued voting share capital.
Following the purchase, Mr Spinks now holds a total of 3,250,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.58 per cent. of the Company's issued voting share capital.
