IS Solutions PLC20 August 2007 I S SOLUTIONS PLC DIRECTORS INTERESTS - AMENDMENT The Company announced on Friday 17 August 2007 that certain directors andemployees had exercised share options. The exercise in respect of 80,000ordinary shares for employees has been completed but the Board has determinednot to complete the transfers of 210,000 ordinary shares in respect of the shareoptions exercised by the directors until the announcement of the interim resultsof the Company which are due in late September. Total Voting Rights As a consequence of the exercise of 80,000 share options, which were satisfiedfrom the Company's Employee Benefit Trust, the Company still holds 436,308dinaryshares as Treasury Shares out of a total issued share capital of 24,793,190ordinary shares. Therefore the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now24,356,882 ordinary shares, and this number should be used to determine anyannounceable holdings under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
