The Company also received notification yesterday that following the purchaseyesterday of 178,572 ordinary 1p shares in the Company at a price of 14 penceeach, Philip Dayer, the Chairman of the Company, is now interested in 293,619shares, representing 0.99 per cent of the issued share capital of the company. The Company also received notification yesterday that following the purchaseyesterday of 50,000 ordinary 1p shares in the Company at a price of 14 penceeach, Stuart Gordon, the Financial Director of the Company, is now interested in598,000 shares, representing 2.01 per cent of the issued share capital of thecompany.
