Director's Dealings
The Board of Elektron was notified today that Keith Roy, Non Executive Director, has purchased 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 10 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Roy is now interested in 155,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.18 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
