WYG announces that Yorkshire Building Society Trustee acquired on 18 February 2009, 68,588 ordinary shares in the company for the purpose of the WYG Share Incentive Plan at a price of £0.45 per share. These shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their January pay.
